My 3 favorite creative podcast episodes of 2021 Q3
The past few months I have been walking and running a lot while listening to podcast episodes of different series. I thought I would share these for others to enjoy. These were the best episodes I listened to in the Q3 of 2021. That does not necessarily mean that they were created in Q3, but just that I listened to them. As you can see I mostly listened a lot to podcasts with Creative in the name while searching for series to listen to for my outdoor runs.
Creative Confidence Podcast – Designing Your Work Life: Bill Burnett
Only recently I heard this episode, but it was a great listen to hear Bill Burnett talk about their Designing Your Work Life book and it will be definitely on my reading list for the near future. A conversation about not aiming to grow in a company the old-fashioned way, but invent your own position and the reason why you do that. Trying to spark your creativity to change your look at work. I do it no justice with my short description so it would be better if you listen for yourself.

Creative Pep Talk- 331 – Your Inner Critic is Drowning Out Your Creative Voice
If you need an enthusiastic voice in your ear in the morning while walking to the grocery store it is Andy J Pizza. This is just one of the episodes that I found interesting, but he has way more that is just one flow of words that might or might not be helpful. Personally, I do however skip the interview episodes. Not really sure why, but they never really resonated with me.
Creative Boom – George Simkin on not taking life too seriously and the joy of play in design
Creative Boom has been a bit of a hit or miss with the episodes, but this one with George Simkin is great just exploring how he went into creating his career. I normally look up the person the episode is about and then decide if I want to listen to it or try 5 minutes to just listen if this conversation is going to be something interesting.
